Welcome to SokoMarket.com website owned and operated by SokoMarket, Inc (hereinafter referred to as "SokoMarket‚ Inc."‚ "SokoMarket", "SokoMarket Site" or "Site"). You must read and agree to these terms and conditions before you may access or view our Site. Please read them carefully. By visiting the SokoMarket Site, you are agreeing to its terms. This Agreement is subject to change at any time and changes are effective upon posting. Bookmark this page and check it frequently as it is up to you to refer to this page for any amendments/changes to the original Agreement. It also allows members to sell and buy goods within a fixed price format. SokoMarket is not directly involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers or trading parties. SokoMarket.com, the Site, acts as a venue for users to locate people to trade with and to negotiate the quality of goods and services. Consequently, SokoMarket does not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer. SokoMarket cannot guarantee the true identity, age, and nationality of a user. SokoMarket encourages you to communicate directly with potential transaction partners through the tools available on the Site. You may also wish to consider using a third party escrow service or services that provide additional user verification. As a result, SokoMarket.com has no control over and is not responsible for the quality, safety, availability or legality of the provider’s items in trades, the truth or accuracy of the items and their information, the ability of traders to fulfill their obligation in any trade agreement. Users are solely responsible for all of the transactions conducted on, through or as a result of use of the Site, including, without limitation, terms regarding payment, returns, warranties, shipping, insurance, fees, taxes, licenses, fines, handling, transportation and storage. User, hereby, agrees and acknowledges that there may be risks of dealing with people acting under false pretences. Because the user verification on the Internet is difficult, SokoMarket.com cannot and does not confirm each User’s registered personal or company information, including, without limitation, Premium Members and Soko Account holders. SokoMarket.com encourages you (user), by using your experience and common sense, to evaluate with whom you are dealing.

Membership General Terms:

    Eligibility: You must be 18 or over to register as a member of or use this Site. Membership in the service is void where prohibited. By using and/or viewing this site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions, that you are at least 18-years old, and that you are not prohibited by law from using the Site.
    Compliance: You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. In addition, you must abide by SokoMarket’s polices, applicable laws, regulations and rules as stated in the Agreement and these SokoMarket policy documents:
    Password: By filling out registration forms, a member is assigned a unique username among member IDs and a password the member chooses for logging in its account. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under that username or password. So you must ensure that you exit (log out) from your account at the end of each session. SokoMarket.com cannot be and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements. Keep your password secure. You are fully responsible for all activity, liability and damage resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality. You agree to immediately notify SokoMarket of any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security.
    Account Information: : You must keep your account information up-to-date and accurate at all times, including a valid email address. To sell items on SokoMarket, you must have a valid credit card on file with SokoMarket at all times, unless you have originated from East Africa member countries (Kenya,Tanzania and Uganda) where Soko Account is permitted.
    Account Transfer: You may not transfer or sell your SokoMarket account and User ID to another party. If you are registering as a business entity, you personally guarantee that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.
    Right to Refuse Service: Use of this Site and its products and services is subject to compliance with these Terms of Use. You acknowledge and agree that SokoMarket.com may terminate your access to the Site or usage of any of the features, products and services provided by SokoMarket.com, should you fail to comply with the Terms of Use. Any such termination shall be in SokoMarket’s sole discretion and may occur without prior notice or any notice. SokoMarket.com further reserves the right to terminate any User’s access to the Site or to any of the products and services provided, for any conduct that in its sole discretion SokoMarket.com believes is or may be directly or indirectly harmful to other Users, to SokoMarket.com or its subsidiaries, affiliates or business contractors or to other third parties or for any conduct that violates any local or international laws or regulations. Access to the Site and access or usage of certain features of the Site is provided to all Users free of charge. And access or usage of certain features, products and services of the Site are provided to free or paid Members (registered users). However, SokoMarket.com reserves the right to limit, deny or create different access(es) to the Site and its features with respect to different User types, without any or prior notice. SokoMarket.com also reserves the right, without prior notice or any notice, to change any of the features, products and services or introduce new features, products and services of this Site. SokoMarket.com reserves the right to deny any User’s access to the Site or the right to deny any User to accept as Member for whatever reason in order to protect SokoMarket.com’s interests.User, by accepting these Terms of Use, acknowledges that in no event shall SokoMarket.com be liable to the User or any third parties for any inability to use the Site, whether due to disruption, limited access, changes to or termination of any features on the Site or otherwise, and for any delays, errors or omissions with respect to any communications or transmission, or any damage arising from the use of the Site. SokoMarket.com can not be held responsible also for the inability of the User to use the Site or any of its features.

Standards and Conduct:

You acknowledge that all Materials, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such materials originated. This means that you are entirely responsible for all Materials that you post, email or otherwise transmit via the SokoMarket Service. We do not control all of the Materials posted via the SokoMarket Service and, as such; do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Materials. You understand that by using the SokoMarket Service, you may be exposed to Materials that are offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any Materials, including, but not limited to, for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in any Materials, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Materials posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the SokoMarket Service.

    You agree not to:
  • Post, transmit, or otherwise make available, through or in connection with the SokoMarket Service:
    • Anything that is or may be
      1. unlawful, threatening, harassing, degrading, abusive, hateful or intimidating;
      2. defamatory; libelous or invasive of another’s privacy;
      3. fraudulent or tortuous;
      4. vulgar, obscene, indecent, sexually explicit, pornographic or otherwise objectionable; or
      5. protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or other proprietary right without the express prior consent of the owner of such right.
    • Any material that would give rise to criminal or civil liability; that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offense, including prostitution; or that encourages or provides instructional information about illegal activities or activities such as "hacking," "cracking," or "phishing".
    • Any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letter," "pyramid scheme", survey, contest, or investment opportunity, or any other form of solicitation, or use any distribution lists including any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process (commercial or otherwise).
    • Any Materials that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).
  • Use the SokoMarket Service to defame abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, including without limitation others’ privacy rights or rights of publicity, or harvest or collect personally identifiable information, including email addresses, about users of the SokoMarket Service.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, including without limitation any of our officials, forum leaders, guides or hosts; falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or express or imply that we endorse any statement you make.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the SokoMarket Service or the servers or networks used to make the SokoMaket Service available; or violate any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of such networks.
  • Restrict or inhibit any other person from using the SokoMarket Service, including without limitation by hacking or defacing any portion of the SokoMarket Service; or disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the SokoMarket Service or an Interactive Forum are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users’ ability to engage in real time exchanges.
  • Use the SokoMarket Service to distribute or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation of funds, promotion, advertising, or solicitation for goods or services without our express prior written consent; or use the SokoMarket Service in a commercial manner.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of, use of or access to the SokoMarket Service.
  • Use, download, or otherwise copy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity that is not a user of the SokoMarket Service any directory of SokoMarket’s users or usage information or any portion thereof other than in the context of your use of the SokoMarket Service as permitted under these Terms of Use.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the SokoMarket Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the SokoMarket Service, through password mining or any other means.
  • Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice from the SokoMarket Service or Content or Materials originating from the SokoMarket Service.
  • Frame or mirror any part of the SokoMarket Service or Software without our express prior written consent; or forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Materials transmitted through the SokoMarket Service.
  • Create a database by systematically downloading and storing content from the SokoMarket Service.
  • Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index, "scrape," "data mine" or in any way gather Content or Materials from the SokoMarket Service or reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the SokoMarket Service.
  • Engage in any other conduct which, in SokoMarket’s sole discretion, is considered inappropriate, unauthorized or objectionable. In addition, you agree to comply will all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances as a condition of use of the SokoMarket Service. In order to permit us to protect the quality of our products and services, you hereby consent to our employees and representatives being able to access your account and records for any reason, in our sole discretion. We also reserve the right, but do not assume the responsibility, to monitor or review your conduct while using the SokoMarket Service. Your use of the SokoMarket Service is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations. An e-mail advertisement that is (a) addressed to a recipient with whom you do not have an existing business or personal relationship and (b) is not sent at the request of or with the express consent of the recipient to receive such communications from you ("Spam" or "Spamming") is strictly prohibited by SokoMarket. If you use any feature of the SokoMarket Service for the purpose of sending Spam, SokoMarket reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to the SokoMarket Service and to seek appropriate legal recourse, as necessary. If you believe that other users are using the SokoMarket Service for Spam, please notify SokoMarket using the Customer Support "Contact Us" Form, report abuse by flagging any posting that appears to be Spam for SokoMarket’s review, or by emailing SokoMarket at support@SokoMarket.com. Please note that by posting a listing you are consenting to receive, and authorizing SokoMarket to forward to you, emails from other users. Such messages are not included in the above definition of Spam.

Fees and Services:

Premium members pay an annual membership fee to SokoMarket.com for using the Site’s certain features, products and services related to their membership. Free members, may also purchase certain extra features, products and services which are not included in their membership packages with respect to their membership types. SokoMarket.com may at its sole discretion add to, delete, or change some or all of the contents of the Site or its functionality, or change the applicable fees for using the Site at any time. Members are responsible for paying all applicable taxes in addition to fees of features, products and services they use. Paid membership fee will not be refunded even though a member requests to terminate its membership before the expiry of the membership period.

    Listing Description: All listing on the must comply with SokoMarket’s policies. You also warrant that you may legally sell the item. You must accurately describe your item and all terms of sale in your SokoMarket shop. Any information that is untrue, inaccurate, invalid, or incomplete is grounds for removal. Your listings may only include rich text descriptions, graphics, pictures and other content relevant to the sale of that item. All items must be listed in an appropriate category with appropriate tags. Each listing must accurately and completely describe the item/items for sale in that listing. Each unique item must have its own listing. User acknowledges and agrees that SokoMarket.com shall have the right (but not the obligation), in its sole discretion, to refuse to publish, remove, or block access to any content that is inappropriate provided by this Site, at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, with or without notice.
    Shop Policies: All sellers are urged to outline shop policies for their SokoMarket shop. These policies may include, for example: shipping, returns, payment and selling policies. Sellers must create reasonable policies in good faith and must abide by such policies. All shop policies must comply with SokoMarket’s site-wide policies. Sellers are responsible for enforcing their own reasonable shop policies. SokoMarket reserves the right to request that a seller modify a shop policy.
    Binding Sale: All sales are binding. The seller is obligated to ship the order or otherwise complete the transaction with the buyer in a prompt manner, unless there is an exceptional circumstance, such as:
    1. the buyer fails to meet the terms of the seller’s listing (such as payment method), or
    2. the seller cannot authenticate the buyer’s identity. The buyer is obligated to deliver appropriate payment for items purchased, unless there is an exceptional circumstance.
    Fee Avoidance: The price stated in each item listing description must be an accurate representation of the sale. Sellers may charge reasonable shipping and handling fees to cover the costs for packaging and mailing the items. Sellers may not charge excessive shipping fees or otherwise avoid fees. You may not alter the item’s price after a sale for the purpose of avoiding SokoMarket transaction fees, misrepresent the item’s location, or use another user’s account without permission.

Content Rules and Regulations:

    Please be careful about the information or image files you post on SokoMarket. SokoMarket assumes no responsibility or liability for the material that may contain inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive or sexually explicit content. If you are aware of misuse of the SokoMarket Services by any person at any time, please contact SokoMarket T immediately. In its sole discretion, SokoMarket reserves the right to remove, reject, refuse any posting by users and members, or suspend, or terminate their access to any of the Services at any time, for any or no reason without prior notice.
    Unauthorized use of any content or link in connection with any commercial activities without granting approval from SokoMarket is prohibited, including collecting usernames, email addresses, product content of users or members. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from the content or member profiles without notice. Legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of the SokoMarket services.
    SokoMarket does not own any rights in the text, file, images, photo, video, music, or any other materials that users post to the SokoMarket. Users or members continue to retain all ownership rights to their posted content in any way they prefer. You represent and warrant that the posted content does not violate the privacy rights, copyrights, publicity right or any other rights of any person or company. SokoMarket Services contain content of users, members and other licensors, that you may not copy, duplicate, modify, translate, publish, display or sell any content through the SokoMarket service, unless authorized by the Site.
    SokoMarket may delete any content that violates this Agreement or that may be illegal, offensive, threaten, harm, or impolite to any person. If at any time SokoMarket chooses to monitor for inappropriate content or conduct, SokoMarket assumes no obligation to remove any inappropriate content or conduct and no responsibility for the users posting any such content. You are solely responsible for the content that you post on any of the SokoMarket Services, and any information that you sent to other members or users. SokoMarket T does not have any control over the content and the content is not necessary reviewed by the Site before and/or after posting and does not reflect the opinions of SokoMarket.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event that any Member has a dispute with any party to a transaction notify SokoMarket, such Member agrees to release and indemnify SokoMarket (and our agents, affiliates, directors, officers and employees) from all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses and damages (including without limitation any actual, special, incidental or consequential damages) arising out of or in connection with such transaction. SokoMarket encourages users to report user-to-user disputes to your local law enforcement, postmaster general, or a certified mediation or arbitration entity, as applicable. SokoMarket, for the benefit of users, may try to help users resolve disputes. SokoMarket does so in SokoMarket’s sole discretion, and SokoMarket has no obligation to resolve disputes between users or between users and outside parties. To the extent that SokoMarket attempts to resolve a dispute, SokoMarket will do so in good faith based solely on SokoMarket’s policies. SokoMarket will not make judgments regarding legal issues or claims.

Dispute Resolution:

    All the Site contents, such as all the information at SokoMarket.com including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, and images belong to SokoMarket.com and are expressly managed by SokoMarket.com. The compilation and the design of the Site contents and the contents on the Site is the sole property of SokoMarket.com and is protected by Copyright and Trademark Laws.
    This site or any portion of this site can not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without written permission by SokoMarket.com or the third party content provider to SokoMarket.com. User, by accepting these Terms of Use, agrees and acknowledges that it will not copy, reproduce or download any information, text, images, video clips, directories, files, databases or listings available on the Site, for the purpose of re-selling or re-distributing the Site content, mass mailing, or otherwise commercially exploiting the Site content without written permission from SokoMarket.com.
    User further agrees to grant to SokoMarket.com a non-exclusive and royalty free with the right to sublicense, reproduce, transmit, distribute, create any derivative works of, publicly use, reuse or display any materials or information you publish, transmit or provide to SokoMarket.com by any means.
    By User’s acceptance of the Terms of Use, User also grants to SokoMarket.com all the rights to use its name or company information in connection with the submitted materials and other information as well as in connection with any or all the advertising, marketing and promotional materials related thereto.

Violation of Terms by Other Users:

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SokoMarket, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, successors and assigns from any and all third party claims, liability, damages, costs or demands, including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees, arising from

  1. your use of the Site and/or the SokoMarket Service, including, but not limited to, all content therein and any products or services obtained by you through the Site and/or the SokoMarket Service,
  2. the violation of these Terms of Use by you,
  3. the infringement by you (or other user of the SokoMarket Service using your account) of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity; or
  4. your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

SOKOMARKET EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SOKOMARKET SERVICE, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THE SOKOMARKET SERVICE. SOKOMARKET MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SOKOMARKET SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE SOKOMARKET SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE. SOKOMARKET MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SOKOMARKET SERVICE OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SOKOMARKET SERVICE OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE SOKOMARKET SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SOKOMARKET DOES NOT CONTROL CONTENT, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED BY ADVERTISERS, THIRD PARTIES OR OTHER USERS ON OR THROUGH THE SOKOMARKET SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY LICENSE TO SOKOMARKET FROM THIRD PARTIES OR MATERIALS PROVIDED BY OTHER USERS. SOKOMARKET ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION AS TO THE ACCURACY, CURRENCY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, USEFULNESS OR DECENCY OF THE SOKOMARKET SERVICE, OR CONTENT OR PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTED OR MADE AVAILABLE BY THIRD PARTIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ADVERTISERS AND USERS) THROUGH THE SOKOMARKET SERVICE. YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR ATTEMPT TO DOWNLOAD ANY MATERIAL FROM THE SOKOMARKET SERVICE. SOKOMARKET MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SOKOMARKET SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SOKOMARKET SERVICE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM SOKOMARKET OR THROUGH THE SOKOMARKET SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, THEREFORE SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT SOKOMARKET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, EVEN IF SOKOMARKET HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE (I) USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SOKOMARKET SERVICE; (II) COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES; (III) ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR CONTENT RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO WITH SOKOMARKET OR A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE USE OF THE SOKOMARKET SERVICE; (IV) INACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SOKOMARKET SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON SUCH INFORMATION; OR (V) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR ALTERATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR DATA. YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT SOKOMARKET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY UNLAWFUL, HARASSING, DEFAMATORY, ABUSIVE, THREATENING, HARMFUL, VULGAR, OBSCENE, SEXUALLY EXPLICIT OR OTHERWISE OBJECTIONABLE CONDUCT OR SPEECH OF ANY OTHER PARTY ON OR THROUGH THE SOKOMARKET SERVICE, OR FOR ANY INFRINGEMENT OR VIOLATION OF YOUR RIGHTS BY ANY OTHER PARTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY, OR RIGHTS OF PRIVACY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO USER.

Termination and Modification of the SokoMarket Service:

You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the SokoMarket Service, and remove and discard any Materials within the SokoMarket Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use, or if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use. We will also terminate your account upon receiving reliable information involving your violation of any law, and will cooperate with law enforcement agencies on such matters. We may also, in our sole discretion and at any time, discontinue providing the SokoMarket Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the SokoMarket Service under any provision of these Terms of Use may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account, and/or bar any further access to such files or the SokoMarket Service. Further, you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the SokoMarket Service. We reserve the right, at any time and from time to time, temporarily or permanently, in whole or in part, to:

  1. modify or discontinue the SokoMarket Service, including, but not limited to
    1. restricting the time the SokoMarket Service are available,
    2. restricting the amount of use of the SokoMarket Service permitted, and
    3. restricting or terminating any user’s right to use the SokoMarket Service, with or without notice;
  2. charge fees in connection with the use of the SokoMarket Service;
  3. modify and/or waive any fees charged in connection with the SokoMarket Service; and/or
  4. offer opportunities to some or all users of the SokoMarket Service. You agree that neither we nor any of our affiliates, shall be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the SokoMarket Service, in whole or in part, or of any service, content or feature offered through the SokoMarket Service.
